Return& Exchange Policy – CUDDO
This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of CUDDO (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing products from our website, the customer (“You”, “User”, “Buyer”) agrees to the terms stated herein.
1. General Policy
1.1. All products sold by CUDDO undergo strict quality checks.
1.2. Returns or exchanges are accepted solely in cases of manufacturing defects or damage occurring during transit.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request at its sole discretion.
2. Return Request Conditions
2.1. A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2. The Buyer must provide clear photographic and video evidence, including a full unboxing video, showing the issue.
2.3. Products must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, along with all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories.
3. Non-Eligibility for Returns
The following cases shall not qualify for returns or exchanges:

3.1. Change of mind, dislike of colour, size, or design preference.

3.2. Minor variations in shade, texture, weave, or natural imperfections inherent to canvas/jute materials.

3.3. Incorrect usage, mishandling, or damage caused post-delivery.

3.4. Products used even once or returned without original packaging.

3.5. Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1. Exchanges shall only be processed for the same product if found defective and subject to availability.
4.2. If an exchange product is unavailable, the Company may issue store credit, valid for 30 days, as determined solely by the Company.
4.3. Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds shall be issued only for approved defective return cases.
5.2. The Company may choose to refund through store credit or to the original payment method, at its discretion.
5.3. Refunds, when approved, may take 7–10 working days for processing.
5.4. Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping & Liability
6.1. In all cases other than confirmed defective products, return shipping charges shall be borne by the Buyer.
6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss of items during the return transit.
7. Inspection & Verification
7.1. Returned items will undergo quality inspection upon receipt.
7.2. If the product fails inspection, the return claim will be rejected, and the Buyer may be required to pay re-shipping charges to receive the product back.
8. Final Rights
8.1. CUDDO reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Decisions made by CUDDO regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges are final and binding.
