Shipping Policy – CUDDO
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how CUDDO (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) processes, ships, and delivers products purchased through our website (“Site”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to the terms stated below.
1. Order Processing Time
1.1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3. In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, We reserve the right to extend processing time. Customers will be notified when possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
2.1. We ship through trusted courier partners across India.
2.2. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Remote / Rural areas: 7–12 working days
2.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
2.4. CUDDO shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
3.2. Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to conditions and may change without prior notice.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be sent to your registered email/phone number.
4.2. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
5.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
5.2. Orders undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery will:

Not be eligible for a refund, and

May require additional charges for re-shipping.
5.3. If an order returns to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will be processed only after the Customer pays the re-shipping fee.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
6.1. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept the delivery.
6.2. Notify us within 24 hours with photos/video for further assistance.
6.3. Accepted damaged parcels will not be eligible for claims.
7. International Shipping (Optional)
If you plan to expand globally, here is the clause:
We currently do not offer international shipping. This may be introduced in the future.

CUDDO is not responsible for delays caused by:
