Refund Policy – CUDDO
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by CUDDO (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing from our website (“Site”), you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1. Refunds are issued only when:

The product is confirmed to be defective,

The product is damaged during transit, or
-
The wrong item has been delivered.
1.2. To qualify for a refund, the Customer must:

Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery,

Provide clear photo/video evidence AND a complete unboxing video,

Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
1.3. Refund requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

Change of mind

Colour, size, or preference mismatch

Minor variations in colour/texture due to natural materials (canvas/jute)

Damage caused by customer mishandling

Products purchased under sale, discount, or promotional offers

Missing packaging, tags, or incomplete product returns
3. Refund Method
3.1. Once approved, refunds may be issued in one of the following forms:
a) Store Credit (Preferred)

Valid for 30 days from date of issuance

Non-transferable and non-refundable
b) Original Payment Method

Refund initiation within 7–10 working days

Time taken may vary depending on bank/payment gateway
3.2. The Company reserves the right to decide the mode of refund on a case-by-case basis.
4. Return Shipping Charges
4.1. If the refund is due to a defective or incorrect product, CUDDO will arrange pickup at no extra cost.
4.2. In all other cases, return shipping charges are borne by the Customer.
5. Inspection & Approval
5.1. Returned products undergo a quality inspection once received.
5.2. Refunds will be approved only if the returned item passes the inspection.
5.3. If inspection fails, the refund claim will be rejected, and the Customer must pay re-shipping charges to receive the product back.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
6.2. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
6.3. Refund for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
7. Final Rights
7.1. CUDDO reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
7.2. All decisions made by CUDDO regarding refunds are final and binding.
